Aaron Ferraris is originally from Dayton, Ohio, and spent his early years as an Air Force “brat,” living in several locations before ultimately graduating from high school in Falmouth, Massachusetts. He is a proud father of two sons and grandfather to two granddaughters, and a graduate of the University of New Hampshire.
Aaron built a distinguished 40-year career in corporate America, primarily within the telecommunications industry, including his final 12 years with AT&T. Throughout his career, he held several senior leadership positions, including Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Strategic Accounts, and National Sales Director. After a successful and rewarding career, Aaron retired from AT&T in 2026.
Following his retirement, Aaron became a Career Ownership Coach® with The Entrepreneur’s Source®. In this role, he works closely with individuals to explore and identify their ideal next-step career options, including business ownership. His coaching focuses on helping clients align their career paths with their priorities, empowering them to achieve their income, lifestyle, and personal goals.
Aaron has also remained actively involved in his community. He previously served as a board director for the Techno Arts Academy, a charter school, and spent many years coaching youth basketball in Orlando and Wellington, Florida.
Now based in West Palm Beach, Florida, Aaron continues to maintain strong ties to his “hometown” of Falmouth, Massachusetts, where many of his family members and lifelong friends still reside.
